This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Uken Inc.’s (“Uken”) games offered on Apple Arcade, which we here collectively call the Service. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on uken.com. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the Service prior to the change becoming effective or as otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date will be subject to the new Privacy Policy.

2. The Data We Collect and Why

Our game is available on Apple Arcade. We use Game Center and Gamekit to authenticate you as a player.

When you play online, we collect game play related data such as player inventory and progression as well as data to facilitate multiplayer experience with other players including your IP address and Game Center alias. We also use Apple services, such as iCloud for game saves.

Use of Apple’s services is subject to applicable Apple Privacy Policies.

3. International Data Transfers

Our Service is global by nature and in order to operate the Service, your anonymized data may be transferred to anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this Policy. Adequate safeguards that our partners may use include standard contractual clauses approved by EU Commission and the Privacy Shield certification in case of transfers to the USA.

You also have the right to correct your data, have your data deleted, object to how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. You can always withdraw your consent.

Please contact us through the in-game support system or emailing support@uken.com. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe. You may also contact your local data protection authority for unresolved complaints.

You can delete your game progress from iCloud at any time.

You can delete the information stored on your device (you have to uninstall the game).

5. How Do We Protect Your Data

A. Security Safeguards

In order to help ensure a secure and safe player experience, we are continuously developing and implementing administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your anonymized data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration. While we use best commercial efforts to safeguard your anonymized data there is no absolute guarantee that your information will remain invulnerable to unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction due to potential breaches of firewalls and secure server software.

We take, and force applicable third parties to take, reasonable precautions to protect your anonymous information against loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

B. Data retention

We retain your anonymized data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused game accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data.

Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain your data only as necessary to comply with our legal requirements.

6. Age Limits

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.
